Who can access the Verdella program?…

Verdella is available through licensed workplaces and community services. If your employer, EAP provider, or a support service you’re connected with holds a Verdella license, you can access the program through them. These licensed organisations promote the program to ensure employees and clients can easily access this support.

How does the Verdella program support DFV recovery?

Recovering from domestic and family violence is one of life’s most challenging journeys. Verdella was developed by experts and people with their own lived experience of DFV to provide the structure, tools and guidance that make rebuilding feel possible – at your own pace, in a safe space. The program takes a whole-of-life approach, supporting you across five key areas:

Can the Verdella program help me rebuild after DFV?

You are not defined by what you’ve been through. With the right support and structure, you can rebuild, move forward, and thrive. Verdella is here to walk alongside you every step of the way.

How can employers and community services license the Verdella program?

DFV affects 1 in 6 women and 1 in 16 men in Australia, meaning it almost certainly affects people within your workforce or client base, right now. By licensing Verdella, your organisation can offer a proven, expert-designed program to the people you support, bridging the gap between crisis response and long-term independence. Verdella is delivered through your workplace or community services, so your employees or clients can access support within a framework of trust they already have with you. Whether you’re an employer committed to staff wellbeing, a DFV specialist service or a community organisation, a Verdella license is a meaningful, practical step in your DFV response.

Evidence-informed and developed with lived-experience input

Scalable - easily deployed across teams, caseloads or client groups

Fills the gap between crisis support and long-term independence

Strengthens your organisation's DFV response with a structured, trusted resource

Is this program right for you?

“If I’d had this program when I was leaving my DFV situation, it would have saved me a lot of money, and my healing would have been so much easier. It would have taken a lot of weight off my mind”.
